solid stay, pool was a plus

I found the pool area quite good, it had plenty of space. breakfast offered various choices, so i found something i liked. the room was clean, but the window had a slight draft. It didn't fully close, though.
the room i booked was over a room with a wedding party. the music continued past midnight, i could feel vibrations in the furniture. i think the hotel should inform guests about this.

the receptionist was very friendly and helpful. she told me about the leisure facilities. the breakfast buffet included a great selection of pastries. i especially appreciated the pancake maker.
i noticed some marks left in the shower. the dinner menu offered little choice. i thought the breakfast was ridiculously early with its 6:30 to 9:30 timeframe.

Acceptable stay with SOME issues

dead spidersloud golfers
The room was dirty. I noticed dead spiders in the bathroom. Bugs were present along the window. That's just NOT okay. Golfers outside the restaurant below our room were loud at midnight. I could not sleep. You also could not control the temperature in the room. That was FRUSTRATING.

The breakfast buffet was OUT of this world, with a GREAT selection of pastries and a hot buffet. I can't forget the pancake maker. The coffee was tasty!!! The staff was understanding when I checked out 15 minutes late.

I found the reception area excellent. The staff seemed lovely and were always ready to assist. My room included a hot towel rail and bathrobes, which i appreciated. The bed was VERY comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep.
The steam room was temporarily unavailable during my spa visit. It was a minor inconvenience.

The golf course is big. I don't play, but I went for an evening walk. Staff are kind. The terrace is tranquil and lovely.
I attended a Christmas night. There was no soup or any bread rolls left. A staff member shouted there was none left and walked off. The plates were not collected.
