I had a relaxing golf getaway at this hotel, which features beautiful grounds and excellent spa facilities. The staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a pleasant experience, even though the dining options could use some improvement and my room felt a bit cramped with inadequate lighting. Overall, it was a decent stay, but there are areas that definitely need attention.

The Abbey Hotel has beautiful grounds and is nicely situated for exploring the surrounding area, which was a big plus for my visit. Although the dining experience was quite disappointing due to long waiting times, the friendliness of some staff members really stood out. My room was spacious but had issues, like a broken bath panel and leaks, which detracted from the overall comfort. Additionally, the facilities, particularly the pool, were a bit crowded and not as peaceful as I hoped.
